He was born on 1977 in Lugansk. 1994 graduated from secondary school number 20 in Lugansk.
In 1999, graduated from the East Ukrainian University named after Dahl, specialty "Finance and Credit".
While studying, worked as an advertising sales manager at the newspaper Telenedelya.
In 1996, became the commercial director of the Europa Plus radio station in Lugansk.
In 1999, headed the company that produced Telenedelya.
Since July 2019, has been leading the Regional Development program of the Ukrainian Institute of the Future (UIF) analytical center.
Since October 2019, has been working as an adviser to the Prime Minister of Ukraine Alexey Goncharuk. Supervises the direction of construction and repair of roads, infrastructure projects.
In December 2019, entered the TOP-100 of the most influential Ukrainians according to the magazine "Correspondent"
