Acting President Grant Thornton Ukraine. 1989-1993 - Associate Professor, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law at the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. From July 2003 to May 2004 - First Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine for European Integration. From 2004 to 2006 - Vice-President of the Consortium of the Industrial Union of Donbass. From September 2006 to 2008 - Deputy Head of the Secretariat of the President of Ukraine. Has diplomatic rank as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine.
