Born on January 11965. In 1996, graduated from the Technological University of Podillia with a degree in Accounting, Control and Analysis of Economic Activities. In 2003, received an auditor certificate issued by the Audit Chamber of Ukraine. In the extraordinary elections to the Verkhovna Rada in 2014, was elected the Deputy of Ukraine of the VIII convocation. On May , 2015, was elected Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Tax and Customs Policy. In August 2015, on behalf of the committee headed by her, introduced a draft tax reform that greatly simplifies and alleviates the tax burden of Ukrainian taxpayers.
