Has more than 12 years of experience, both in the corporate banking sector and in the field of consulting services in the companies of the Big Four. Started a career in 2007 as an internal auditor at OTP Bank. Has experience working at Bank Forum, PWC (Price, Waterhouse Coopers) Ukraine and Deloitte Ukraine. Led projects to develop strategies and improve operational efficiency for commercial and state-owned banks in Ukraine and the CIS, and served as an advisor to financial market regulators on reform issues. Prior to a new appointment at OTP Bank, held the position of Director of Strategic and Operational Consulting Deloitte in Ukraine. Graduated from the Kyiv National Economic University with a degree in Accounting and Auditing with a master's degree.
